What payment methods can I use on Twinnies & Co?
For the convenience of our customers, we accept online payments from MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal through our secure online payments facility. We do not have access to your credit card details as they are handled securely.
Do you deliver nationwide across Australia?

How can I change an order?
For any changes to delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible! We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if your gift has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
How do I know if you have received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include all the details about the gift(s) you ordered and the delivery address(es) you provided.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Twinnies & Co. This email will contain the courier number and information needed to track the delivery progress of your gift. Feel free to reach out to us if you require further updates.
How will I know the gift has been received?
You will receive a final email when your order is delivered to the recipient.
What is the delivery time for hampers?
Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. For remote or regional areas, delivery times may be a bit longer. We also offer express delivery options for those in a rush.
What are the shipping and delivery rates for gift hampers?
Shipping rates for individual hampers depend on the delivery address. We use local couriers for deliveries to ensure fast and reliable service.

- Free Delivery within Perth Metro: We offer free delivery within the Perth metro area for all orders, no minimum spend required.
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Can I send a hamper to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can send multiple hampers to different addresses. You’ll need to place separate orders for each address or contact us to arrange a bulk order.
Do you offer corporate gifting services?

Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity /bulk order of gift hampers?
Yes, we do! We have several Corporate Clients who regularly order customised and branded Gifts. Contact us for more info.
What if the recipient isn’t home when the hamper is delivered?
For Perth delivery, the recipient must be present at their premises to receive the gift in person. An extra delivery fee will be charged if the parcels cannot be safely delivered on the agreed date and time. A redelivery can be arranged after the additional payment is made.
For shipping outside Perth, all our gifts are delivered with “Authority to Leave”. The parcels will leave in a safe place if no one is at the address to sign for them. If it is considered unsafe to leave the parcel at the address, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point, and a delivery card will be left for the recipient to collect from the nearest collection point. If the parcel remains uncollected or undeliverable couriers will return the parcels to Twinnies & Co.
Do hampers containing alcohol require any special delivery instructions?
Gift hampers containing alcohol will require a signature upon delivery and must be received by someone aged 18 or over, refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
What happens if an item in my hamper is out of stock?
In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or process a refund if necessary. We strive to ensure all hampers are packed to perfection.
Can I add a special note or gift message?
Yes! You can add a personalized message to any of our hampers, which will be included in the delivery for the recipient to read. Just include your message during the checkout process.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We strive to make every experience positive. If there is an issue with your hamper, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve it, whether that’s through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
